Repairing Scratched Glass
During construction work or in the course of general use glass panes and mirrors will on occasion be scratched or even chipped. Replacement of scratched glass can be expensive and involve a long lead time. Provided the glass is not cracked our polishers can remove the scratches leaving the pane defect free.
Removing Glass Scratches Without Distortion
Our polishers use the latest technology to carry out repairs. Our systems and skills permit us to remove scratches without any distortion to the glass. By gently going through a range of gritted pads the scratch is removed and the glass returned to its original state.
Ultra Violet Resins For Chips
On occasions glass may be chipped. Using ultra-violet resins, our technicians are trained to repair chips to glass. The application of these specialist resins allows our polishers to stabilise the chip and then polish the repair so that the repair is undetectable.
